  • If you own an alarm system, the best option is to provide us with a code to safely enter and exit your home. Our team could and will reactivate your alarm after every cleaning. Alternatively, you could disable the alarm on the day of your scheduled cleaning or remotely control your alarm system.

Terms:

  • Scheduling: The cleaning will take place on a predetermined day and time, once per month, agreed upon by both the service provider and the client.

  • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of [12/48] hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee of [$25].

  • Supply of Cleaning Materials: The service provider will supply all necessary cleaning materials and equipment. Unless, otherwise agreed upon between the client and the service provider.

  • Access to Property: The client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If the client is not satisfied with the cleaning, the client must report issues within 24 hours of service completion. The service provider will then address the issues at no additional cost.

  • Liability: The Service Provider is not liable for damage to property unless it is proven that the damage was caused by the direct negligence or willful misconduct of the Service Provider employees.

  • Termination: At will, once an agreement is reached.
